Design Features

The system features a reinforced galvanized steel frame lined with phenolic resin-coated plywood (15 mm / 9/16") that produces a smooth, fair-faced concrete finish. Panels are modular, providing flexibility in wall heights and widths, and they can be quickly aligned or joined using manual or adjustable clamps. Larger panel configurations are designed for crane handling, while lightweight variants like Alisply-M Walls can be hand-set for projects not requiring heavy lifting. Accessories such as chamfer strips, channels, and bulkheads can be attached to create customized textures and architectural details in the concrete.
