DOKA Self-climbing formwork and working platform for high-rise cores

DOKA Super Climber SCP

The Super Climber SCP is Doka’s next-generation self-climbing formwork and working platform system designed for high-rise core construction, offering significant productivity gains and labor cost reductions.

Key Features and Benefits

Full Core Formwork Climbing: The entire interior and exterior core formwork, along with all working level platforms and the largest concrete placing boom, is raised independently of the crane in a single hydraulic cylinder stroke.

Fast Assembly & Cycling: Modular design allows high preassembly offsite, reducing on-site labor. Formwork can be stripped with minimal stripping space (as little as 1 inch).

No Manual Climbing Required: Eliminates the need for climbing rails, shoes, or profiles. All climbing is done from below the core formwork.

Hydraulic Self-Guiding & Self-Leveling: Cylinders keep the core plumb without needing water or laser levels.

High Load Capacity: Gantry platform can support heavy material storage on top of the core.

Flexible Forming: Adaptable to cores up to 20 feet (6.1 m) in height, allowing slab pours or climbing ahead of slab pours.

Safety & Weather Independence: Designed for safe, quick operations; optional weather protection solutions.
